Privacy Policy

Below the Horizon updates these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in operations, services, or legal requirements. The most current version will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or ordering product after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. 

Payments

 

Below the Horizon accepts major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.  All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant technology. Below the Horizon does not store or share customer card details. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information. If a payment is declined, no charges will be made, and the customer may retry with a different method or contact their financial institution for assistance.

Discount codes and gift cards may be applied during checkout. Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated. All codes must be valid and entered correctly at the time of purchase. Below the Horizon reserves the right to reject expired, duplicated, or unauthorized codes.

Once an order is placed, the payment method cannot be changed. If an issue arises, customers must contact Below the Horizon immediately to discuss available options. Orders may be canceled prior to shipping.

Customers may check out as guests or create an account to track orders and save preferences. A digital receipt is sent via email after purchase. If a formal invoice is required for business or gifting purposes, customers may contact Below the Horizon with their order number and specific details. A custom invoice will be provided upon request.

Sales Tax

Sales taxes  are calculated based on the shipping address and applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Any taxes due will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is submitted. Below the Horizon complies with all required tax collection laws and remits taxes as required by jurisdiction.  

Customers are responsible for any additional duties or fees imposed by local authorities.  

Order Processing and Shipping

Below the Horizon currently ships to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. All orders are processed and shipped from our U.S.-based location.

Order processing typically ships within 48 hours of order confirmation, but may vary with seasonal demand. These estimates exclude weekends and holidays and do not include carrier transit time. During holidays, seasonal launches, or high-volume periods, processing and delivery times may be extended. Below the Horizon will communicate any known delays via email or on the website.

Shipping options, including standard and expedited delivery, are provided at checkout based on the customer’s location. All shipments are handled through trusted carriers. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email to monitor delivery progress.

Below the Horizon is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, and Below the Horizon is not liable for missed deadlines due to third-party shipping issues.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Below the Horizon will provide shipment details upon request to support the claim but is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at the time of order. If an address change is requested before the order ships, Below the Horizon will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the update. However, changes are not guaranteed once an order is in progress.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has been shipped. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated in a promotion or resolution.

Returns & Exchanges

Below the Horizon accepts returns and exchanges for standard items within 14 calendar days of the delivery date, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.

 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Below the Horizon reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet the stated criteria. 

 

Branding Disclaimer

Below the Horizon is a custom design brand. It is not a garment manufacturer. Below the Horizon is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any original garment brands used for blanks. Product names and descriptions are proprietary and used for identification and marketing purposes only; they do not imply fiber content, brand origin, or manufacturing source.

 

All material references (e.g., “cotton,” “poly blend”) are based on supplier-provided specifications and may vary due to standard production tolerances. Fit, feel, and finish may differ between batches due to supplier variability.
